DetailsDescription: gnome-applets 2.22.2-1 blanks out the cpu frequency scaling monitor applet in panel
Additional info: Deleting the applet and rm -rf /home/linfan/.gconf/apps/gnome-power-manager/cpufreq* and then adding it back to panel fixes it during active x-session. Also logging out from gnome and back in, seems to fix it. * package version(s) extra/gnome-applets 2.22.2-1 * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: startx with 'exec gnome-session' in ~/.xinitrc |

Nothing was changed in the cpufreq applet for this release. I don't see the need of deleting gnome-power-manager preferences to get the cpufreq applet working again.

It works but it gets blanked - instead of the icon it shows a white area where the icon is supposed to show up. This happens randomly. Sometimes the icon is shown, but mostly it only shows a whit strip.
