When using kile, I think which uses latex, the compilation of a latex file fails, because of a missing package. In any other distribution it's available. I also suggest some packaging of latex files.

I don't care whether it's solved, because I hacked it together so that it works for me.

In my opinion latex. The listings package is *very* common. Wow, somebody is actually looking at bugs. Good going :)
