This was just a thought, and I'm mostly impartial to whether it should be in the official artwork collection or not. IMVHO, it won't hurt to have it there. There are awesome users in our camp.

Nice work, foxbunny! I really like the square logos you did for awesome. Regarding inclusion, I've actually thought about removing the community mods from the official repos entirely. My original intention was to present examples of how users could make their own logos, based on their favourite window managers, etc.. Considering that many of the logos are trademarked works, I think it may be wise to move this out of the "official" realm.

That may be smart. As far as Awesome goes, I'm one of the copyright holders so you can do whatever you want with it. I'm sure copyright holders of other logos won't mind as well (at least most of them). But if you think it may be trouble, yeah, maybe they should be removed.

Heh. I just didn't want awesome to not be part of the gang, that all. ;)

It's definitely a worthy window manager =)

I'll add it to the artwork package today and make a decision about the "officialness" of the package at a later time.

Don't suppose you want to tackle a new logo for the Openbox devs? They've had some semi-official logos in the past, but I don't think there's anything in place at the moment. I love the official awesome logo and something along those lines for OB would be err awesome too LOL

LOL. I'll sure try to help them out. :)
