xmoto freezes for a long time during startup and exit consuming 100% CPU.

As mentioned in the debian bug report, upgrading sqlite3 to 3.5.9 fixes this.

This can be fixed by updating sqlite3 to 3.5.9 according to http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=479184

I tested it and 3.5.9 really fixes the issue.
