gnupod doesn't follow the new perl policy: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Perl_Policy

Also the man pages are installed in /usr/man instead of /usr/share/man

I could do these changes if you want but I don't use this stuff so I won't be able to test extensively.

Eric, at the very least, you could make the changes in trunk, and james can get to a new release when he has a chance

Done them already, and am doing the x86_64 package.

More my fault for not keeping on top of changes.
