The recent gnutls upgrade broke my evolution-data-server, gaim and libsoup. I'm sure these are not the only ones that need a rebuild against the new gnutls with bumped .soname.

Could we do some more testing before we place packages into current? This is not the first .soname bump problem we have.
This task depends upon

We don't have an evolution-data-server package, and libsoup doesn't list gnutls as a dependency. Since I don't use gnome/libsoup, I couldn't know that it would break. Gaim started up fine for me, but I did not test all the accounts since I don't have any MSN/AIM/etc accounts. It is rebuilt now.

I'm passing this to Arjan for the libsoup rebuild. Arjan, can you add gnutls to libsoup's dependencies if it's required?

evolution-data-server and libsoup with gnutls is for evolution 1.5 indeed. those packages were examples. I think most packages are updated with new gnutls now.

About libsoup with gnutls: I filed a bug about it a while ago, currently libsoup is built against openssl and takes libsoup with it if it's installed on the system. openssl won't be supported anymore in the next versions, the only supported thing is gnutls then.
