Details

When running GIMP for the first time from 2.0.2-1, the installation script appears to try to load templaterc from /usr/etc. The exact message follows:
GIMP: Could not open '/usr/etc/gimp/2.0/templaterc' for reading: No such file or directory

I noticed the package is compiled with sysconfigdir=/etc, and templaterc exists there. I'm not sure why its still trying to look in /usr/etc.
