Details1. Netbeans doesn't have proper look and feel. Probably problem with GTKLookAndFeel (someting is meesed up with java + gtk).
2. Netbeans looses icon in gnome. Don't know why, but I had to set netbeans icon after every update 6.1-x (lastly twice). That is unacceptable. Additional info: * community/netbeans 6.1-2 * extra/jdk 6u5-1 * extra/jre 6u5-1 Ideas: Temporary helps putting --laf javax.swing.plaf.metal.MetalLookAndFeel to netbeans.conf (maybe it should be added by default). |

Additional comments about closing: Error must have been somewhere else, as 6.1-2 is reported to work.
