an upgrade to heimdal 1.0.1 broke kio_http ( from KDE 3.5.9 ). There is no possibility of a downgrade to heimdal-0.7.1 since kdelibs requires heimdal > 1.0 Steps to reproduce: Upgrade kde, which forces an update of heimdal, then watch kio_http break by attempting to use konqueror, or amarok, or basically anything over HTTP which uses kioslaves. |

Heimdal is in the repositories for a long time already and works fine. I guess you need to run pacman -Syu to update your whole system. Some other dependency of kio_http is still linking to an old version of heimdal on your system.
