Description: Urxvt has a bug that occurs when transparency is enabled and a tiling window manager (like xmonad) is used. There is a gap between the bottom of the text and the bottom of the window that is not drawn correctly when the window size is not a multiple of the font size. There's a simple patch to fix this problem that doesn't seem to have been applied upstream here: http://lists.schmorp.de/pipermail/rxvt-unicode/2008q1/000552.html
I've applied and tested this patch myself and it seems to fix the problem without creating any others.

I've included the patch and a PKGBUILD that applies it.

Additional info:
* Occurs in 9.02-2 and older.

Steps to reproduce:
Running urxvt -tr several times in a tiling window manager such as xmonad should make the problem obvious - there will be strips of incorrectly drawn background at the bottom of most of the windows.
