DetailsDescription:
When activating numlock, all keys on the external keyboard (laptop with USB keyboard) become useless except the keys that represent the numpad on my Macbook Pro. I have to press numlock on the laptop in order to get my Apple keyboard back working. Posibly problem in kernel itself: See kernel changelog <http://kernelnewbies.org/LinuxChanges>: 3.8 HID - Add support for Apple aluminum USB keyboards. The keyboard worked before, so I think someone tinkered too much with it :) Additional info: * package version(s) kernel 2.6.25-1 Steps to reproduce: If you dont have one, buy an Apple aluminum USB keyboard ;) Press numlock on external keyboard and try using keys. |

Do you have this bug on the plaintext console also? Are you using evdev or the kbd driver in xorg? The evdev keyboard driver is known to be really broken.
