Details

vtun tries to change the permissions of /var/lock/. Pacman output :

(4/4) upgrading vtun [-----------------------------------------------------] 100%
warning: directory permissions differ on var/lock/
filesystem: 1777 package: 755

The filesystem package set the permission to 1777:
chmod 1777 var/lock

BTW, the man pages are being installed in /usr/man.
