Description:
Trying to install KDE gives the following error:

> resolving dependencies...
> error: cannot resolve "tpctl", a dependency of "kdeutils"
> error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
> :: kdeutils: requires tpctl

The tpctl package appears to have been removed but the KDE dependencies have not been updated.

* kdeutils 3.5.9-1

Steps to reproduce:
pacman -Sy kdeutils
