kdebase contains /opt/kde/bin/khc_htdig.pl script which uses htdig but a package for htdig does not seem to exist. htdig is used when creating indexes for KDE Help Center. As a result, creating indexes for KDE Help Center fails with the message "htdig failed". Additional info: * kdebase 3.5.9-1 Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch KDE Help Center and try to build 2. Settings -> Build Search Index 3. Check one or more items to build index for and click Build Index |

Reason for closing: Won't implement
Additional comments about closing: I don't see any good reason why we would need such bloat like htdig for just searching with some files.
Maybe you should file a featuregrequest upstream about implementing a better help center search. Why is there strigi?
