Description:
The bzr package's version is shown in pacman -Si bzr as 1.3-1.1, but when updated with pacman -Syu the local version remains 1.3-1. This makes pacman prompt for a bzr update with pacman -Su over and over because after installation the package is still an older version.

Additional info:
Arch Linux x86_64

Steps to reproduce:
pacman -Syu
pacman -Su
pacman -Su
pacmna -Su

This is obviously an error in the x86_64 PKGBUILD. The current PKGBUILD have these entries in the arrays.

pkgver=1.3
pkgrel=1.1

While it is suppose to be:

pkgver=1.3.1
pkgrel=1

Edit the PKGBUILD, rebuilt and install the package again fix the problem.
