Reason for closing:  Upstream
Additional comments about closing:  This is a known fault with the terminus font itself. As it is not specific to Arch, there is no reason to keep an open bug report.

I forgot something:

.Xdefaults option:
URxvt.font: xft:Terminus:pixelsize=9

XTerm*faceName: terminus
XTerm*faceSize: 9

Another option to find out whats bold an what not is

echo -e "\033[1mThis is bold text.\033[0m"

Have your font pixelsize(6)?
Terminus has no bold for 6x12.

best regards,
dim

No. Actually i set pixelsize = 9. The same fontsize unter terminus 4.20 (which i'm currently using) has a bold font for that size

Do you try the 12px size fonts?

Yeah i did. 12px has a bold mode - however i think its "the fault" of the designer...i don't think that its a arch related problem
