It looks like the libdc1394_control.so.12 don`t exist in the newest libdc1394 pkg.
In this case you have to wait until gnash is adapted to the new lib.

Come on, there's a reason why "Low" is the default bug priority... use "Critical" if the installer trashes your Windows partition, running mkinitcpio eats your cat or something like that.

Im sorry Jens Adarn, your opinion is noted and now I totally agree.

There's a simple workaround for this problem.
Just run `ln -s /usr/lib/libdc1394.so /usr/lib/libdc1394_control.so.12` as root.

Maybe this link can be included in libdc1394 or maybe better in gnash-common, until gnash is adapted to the new lib.

I thought this bug is already filed. See the details of tigertailz original comment. Or isn't this a bug report?
I just found a workaround, which could be used until this bug is fixed.

This problem is not only with gnash-gtk and firefox 3, but generally with gnash-common and maybe also with gnash-gtk and gnash-kde because of the missing file /usr/lib/libdc1394_control.so.12 in the package libdc1394. So the gnash-* should be linked against /usr/lib/libdc1394.so, I think.

This bug seems to be a duplicate of bug #10185 or vice versa.
