DetailsHi, after upgrading postfix to version 2.1.2-1 I got this message: "The alias database has moved from /etc/mail to /etc/postfix in this release. Please adjust accordingly.", so I edited the /etc/postfix/aliases, runned newaliases and removed /etc/mail/aliases*, and finally restarted postfix:
"fatal: open database /etc/mail/aliases.db: No such file or directory" Postfix is still looking into /etc/mail for the aliases and also the newaliases updates the files into /etc/mail so maybe that message after installation should be removed. Thanks. |

did you rename your main.cf.pacsave back to main.cf? There are 2 parameters that need verified in main.cf, alias_database and alias_maps.
