What other packages are using this license? Python modules?

Yeah it looks like the default license for any of the Cheeseshop modules. I know it's the "official python license" so I'd put it on par with the Perl Artistic license.

OK, and I was able to get a plain text copy from the Python source tarball itself. Never would have thought to look there. :)

I'll push a new licenses package soon that fixes this and  FS#8998  (Zope Public License).
