qjackctl should depend on nas since it links against libaudio.so.2. Problem is, nas at the moment stands in [community], so either it goes to [extra] or nas support is removed.

If the nas dependency wasn't intended, only the i686 package needs to be fixed (so pkgver bump of .1).

qjackctl does not use NAS, so the linkage against libaudio.so.2 is incorrect -- this is some sort of build error. Adding a dependency on NAS would make things work, but it's not the right way to fix it.

BTW most users will want the ALSA functionality built in, and in fact the current package includes it, but it's missing from the current depends. The correct depends would be:

depends=('jack-audio-connection-kit' 'qt' 'alsa-lib')
