Details
Description:F-spot converts date/time from exif data to UTC
while importing. Unless your camera is set to UTC, this is
not desired as your import folder and imported exif data
will be changed by your UTC offset.
Additional info: * package version(s) 4.0 * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce:Start f-spot and import a picture with exif data. There is a patch posted on the upstream bugzilla. I've created a updated PKGBUILD and posted on AUR for possible inclusion into the main package. http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?do_Details=1&ID=13575&O=0&L=0&C=0&K=&SB=n&SO=a&PP=25&do_MyPackages=1&do_Orphans=&SeB=nd gnome bugzilla entry (contains patch) http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=332025 |

Yes and no. The newer version of f-spot broke the attached patch,
there are many more lines of code now that call the convert to utc
function. I made a new patch, but I didn't save it as I got really
annoyed as upstream doesnt seem willing to fix. If there is
interest I could make a new patch, if theres not, just close it
out. I ended up going to back to digikam because of this.
