Description:
The latest upgrade to emerald and libwnck causes problems. I cannot resize windows if I want to drag by their right or bottom side. The cursor does not change to resize arrow. As soon as I downgrade the problem is gone. The problem was confirmed by other people as well see: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=38640 Additional info: broken: emerald-0.2.1-2 and libwnck 2.20.0-1 ok: emerald-0.2.1-1 and libwnck-2.18.3-1 Steps to reproduce: upgrade to broken versions, select: Window Manager -> Beryl Window Decorator -> Emerald try to resize a window by dragging right or bottom side. |
This task depends upon
compiz-core 0.6.2-3
emerald 0.6.0-3
libwnck 2.20.2-1
compiz-core 0.6.2-3
emerald 0.6.0-3
libwnck 2.20.3-1
Everything works as expected, so can anyone of you two pls update their package and try again?
You may have a look at their bugtracker/forums to find a solution to get it work with thinner frames.
(Sounds quite unreasonable to me, this behaviour).
