Description:
The UK mirror is broken and has apparently been so for a while. I have asked the UK mirror service at the University of Kent if they would be able to host a new mirror. If they and everyone else are ok with it then it might be useful if they were made the official UK mirror for Arch. For our internal records, we need the following information before I can close the ticket.
1. The protocols available to end users (ftp/http/rsync).
2. The resulting http/ftp/rsync urls that end users can use.
3. The general bandwidth availability of the server/site.
4. Space available on the server for the arch mirror.
5. email address of the point of contact for mirror.
6. Expected sync times. (We recommend sync'ing once a day).
Please email me the information at eliott at archlinux.org
