The community package perl-xml-parser is superseeded by the perlxml package, now in extra/system.

The perlxml package includes the files provided by perl-xml-parser, and you can't have installed both, as they have conflicting files, but are not listed as conflicting packages.

I would suggest to remove the perl-xml-parser package and replace the dependencies to perlxml. Maybe even other perl-xml-* packages are affected by it, I haven't checked (yet)
