Details

Add the ability to handle versioned provisions. i.e. provides=(python-2.4)

Implementation notes:
Add a 'is virtual' flag to the package structure
Implement the pmpkg_t::provides list as a package list, not a string list
use _alpm_pkg_splitname on the provision name, construct virtual packages for comparissons

We implemented it a bit differently, but it does exist now...

If its good, change the version here to 3.1 and add it to the bugcatcher.
