Trimmed the list a bit, didn't account for cvs/svn packages earlier (and some funky PKGBUILD formatting)

Update, this time with comments inside the list.
On a side note, I don't think this bug should ever get assigned or closed.

Nice work!
I've assigned it just to not allow it to get lost.

What's the status of this issue? Is the script that generates this statistic available somewhere?
Comment by Eric Belanger (Snowman) - Thursday, 19 June 2008, 15:18 GMT
We are both busy right now so we're waiting. As packages are updated/fixed, the md5sums are added so it'll be less work to do. When I'll have time, I'll probably add the m5sums to the rest of them.

For the script, it's at the top of the latest attachment.

Status update: I've started to add md5sums. Core is done. I'm doing extra now.

Extra and community are done now. The two remaining packages that won't be fixed are:
bash - it generates the source array with a 'for' loop because of the large number of upstream patches. That confuses namcap but the md5sums are correct.
klogic - dead project, home page disappeared, it will probably be removed from the repo.
