hello,

since the update to 2.6.18 kernel my system freeze after a +- long period (less a hour)

what happens:
first the cursor stop flicker/blink (d'ont know the right word..)
there is no more "repeat" when i hit a arrow key and keep it pushed (for example in a text document cursor move of one character then stop until i hit arrow again)
then i have to click two times with mouse to make a simple click
but the big problem is that only already launched programms can run, and only for a few minutes and not well
it's like the system cannot access hard drive anymore
few moment later nothing can move or react, system is totally frozen

i've try to "!" everything possible in rc.conf but no change

in /var/log/messages there are only 2 errors with acpi and i believe that they were already there before update
cpufreq sets on demand still work (it's the only feature i use)

i use the kernel26.img from a long time now and never had problem
i didn't make anything manually in udev's rules and have quick look at them but they appear right like said in /etc/udev/readme

this on a toshiba p10 laptop that had no problem before update

i don't know what to do, to resolv seem impossible for me, to give you info except /var/log/messages i don't know where looking..

thanks for this distro
