Details
When building packages under $HOME with fakeroot, as
recommended everywhere, the user cannot make use of
/var/cache/pacman/src. The attached diffs allow the user to
specify an alternative directory as either a command line
option or a makepkg.conf parameter.

Assigned to Judd. Judd, if you want you can assign this to me and
I can take care of it. I think this is a great idea.
Any progress on this? I really like this idea as it allows
fakeroot to be used and keeps the clutter out of the abs tree when
building a package.
