Kdebindings should contain Python bindings (PyKDE), but in Arch Linux PyKDE is not included in kdebindings package. I have found this tpowa's post in forums: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?p=105265#105265

According to this post, PyKDE in kdebindings was broken, so it was removed from Arch Linux kdebindings package. But this post is pretty old (Aug 02, 2005), so maybe it is working without problems now? Please, add KDE Python bindings back to kdebindings package. It is really important for me. And also some amaroK scripts require PyKDE.

try to compile you will see why it was removed it's a hardcore benchmarker, please add it yourself if you need it.

try you will see what i mean, it needs extremly long and uses cpu at 99%.

tpowa is this still the case with kde 4.x ? If you dont intend to enable this, just close it. Its 2 years old & more of a feature request anyway
