I think this is important, because sometimes I don't notice packages have been flagged out of date...

Yeah this is a really good idea.. I actually thought it already did this with the "notify" ... doh! :)

I would also like it notify if someone comments the package you are maintaining.

This is already possible. Log into the AUR, go to your package's comments page, and click the button that says "Notify" - you'll be notified of comments.

ah, nice. Let me refrase that then ;-)
All package that you maintain will automaticly put you on the notify list (unless you spesificly turn it off)
