Details

Description:
When you move a package from [community] to [extra] the old maintainer is keept as maintainer.
But this shouldn't happen if the old maintainer is not a DEV.

In addition, the TU has not the rights to remove himself from the maintainers list because the package is in [extra].

The exact message is:

0 base packages disowned.
You do not have permission to disown: antlr

This will be mostly addressed soon with a fix to always allow you to disown packages, even if you don't have permission to adopt them.
