Comments in xrdb config files start with '!', not '#'.

The attached patch fixes the harmless errors.

Shouldn't this be reported upstream? Please file an upstream bug it it's broken in Xfce git repo.

I thought it was distro specific, but it seems you are right, it is recently fixed in xfce-utils git repository:
