Details

Description: Since udev-155 from NEWS: "If GROUP= is specified and no MODE= is given the default will be 0660"

So I made small cleanups in build.

* Replace with sed substitutions in PKGBUILD for groups tape/cdrom -> storage/optical.
* Instead of patching 80-drivers.rules just replace it. (Since the patch is a complete rewrite of that file)
* Finally remove unneeded arch-udev-rules.patch

Changes against trunk.
