Description:
I'm running Arch 64 bit with a 9800 GT nvidia card. I was using the nvidia beta drivers from AUR up until now. http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=15152 http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=19224 http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=19453 When I saw that 256.35 had gone stable and they were available in [extra] I switched. They run fine but STEAM under wine (bin32-wine) will not launch anymore. I'm using bin32-wine from archlinuxfr (1.2rc4). Instead my CPU goes 100 % and nothing happens. I switched back to the drivers in AUR which are they same as the stable ones and there STEAM runs and launches just fine. Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: 1. run STEAM under bin32-wine with nvidia from [extra]. |

I am getting a similiar problem running opengl applications using
the latest lib32-nvidia-utils-256.35-4; segfaults in anything
calling on libGL.so.256.35, downgrading to lib32-nvidia-utils-beta
from the AUR fixed them
