makepkg from pacman 3.4.0.1 has an error in line 899

/usr/bin/makepkg: line 899: * 1024 : syntax error: operand expected (error token is "* 1024 ")

Er sorry, I found the issue.
i had aur/cw installed which replaced the standard du with a colorized version and the escape codes probably fucked with makepkg. so you can just ignore this, very sorry! and thanks brain0

This bug isn't limited to i686, but also to x86_64.
