Details

Description:

Chromium seems to acquire more and more memory the longer it runs until there's nothing left. To be exact the browser process acquires up to 3Gib of memory so it's not a problem with any running tab.

Additional info:
* I use sun-jre, Google Mail Checker Plus and FlashBlock

Start Chrome, keep it running some time

Hello Christian,
I'm using Chromium in arch64 and can't reproduce your problem.
Try selectively disabling your plugins to see if one of them is causing the issue.

before filling stupid bugs like this be sure that you disable any extensions. also if you still find that has memory leaks, fill them upstream as we can't do anything on it.

It's no fun filling upstream bugs. After all it seems it's related to the gmail checker plugin.
