Description:
The syntax for hosts.allow has changed again.

The man page is now incorrect, using the example syntax presented there will result in connections being refused.

Steps to reproduce:
- Have a hosts.allow file that calls a shell command.
- pacman -Syu
- Try to ssh into your machine.

Fix:
- Please add to the man page that you now need the word 'spawn' before any shell commands.

Rant:
This is the third time tcp_wrappers has had an unannounced syntax change over the last few years, by my count. Fortunately this time I noticed it while I was still at home; the previous two times I was out in the field and had to make a trek home to fix it.
