Description:
Starting up compiz with the PNG plugin (under 'Image Loading') enabled results in no window decorations or composition.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
compiz-core and compiz-fusion-plugins-main 0.8.4-2 from [community-testing]
libpng 1.4.0-2 from [testing]
* config and/or log files etc.

Line 1914 of first pastebin says:-
