Running "makepkg" with the current PKGBUILD (9.27-1) fails to compile the package.

I'm not sure if that is the best fix, but I can confirm that the md5sum is wrong in the PKGBUILD.

I have put some more details in the forum thread. This involves the glibc PKGBUILD and kernel-headers. I'm not sure either what the best fix is yet.

There are two issues I think: (1) the md5sum in the hdparm PKGBUILD and (2) the undefined reference in scsi.h from kernel-headers.
For the latter I filed a bug against kernel-headers: http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/17408.

The issue in [kernel-headers] has now been fixed and released in [core], so now if you make the change in the md5sum in the [hdparm] PKGBUILD it will build successfully.
