Description:
Using the current version of xf86-video-neomagic leads to a black screen when starting X.org. It's not possible to switch to any virtual consoles and the system is unsuable. This line appears in the display manager log: /usr/bin/X: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/neomagic_drv.so: undefined symbol: xf86UDelay It seems that the bug is already fixed upstream. Additional info: * package version: 1.2.4-2 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=523800 http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=291825 |
