Description:
As described in this bug [1], TOR does not work anymore with openssl-0.9.8l. It is fixed in the upstream CVS and will work again with the new version, but until then I suggest to add the patch [2] to the official Arch package.

I've modified the PKGBUILD myself and TOR works fine now (see the attachment).
