Details

Description:
Everytime the akonadi server is started, it crashes with the following error (among a few less significant, see the log):
"Akonadi server process not registered at D-Bus"
While it seems like a very obvious problem (and it probably is, considering the verboseness of the message), I can't get it to work.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
akonadi 1.2.1-1
kdepim-runtime 4.3.1-1 (equals KDE version)
dbus 1.2.16-1
dbus-core 1.2.16-1
mysql 5.1.38-1

* config and/or log files etc.

"~/.config/akonadi/akonadiserverrc"

Steps to reproduce:
Graphical:
KDE starts akonadi on start-up and on every KDE application that runs relies on akonadi (kopete, all kontact applications, etc)

For command-line just run:
$ akonadiserver start
