Description:
These legacy lines at the end of .install scripts cause issues when attempting to use dash as the default shell

shift
$op $*

They should be removed.

All fixed in svn trunk. Note that openvpn and vi don't have a .install file for the version that is in testing.

mdadm and tiacx-firmware still had the legacy lines. patches attached to remove those lines. The rest of the packages are good or do not have .install scripts
