If optdepends are going to become machine-parseable, then they need to become more standarized. Add a check to makepkg to enforce that they are in the correct format.

The PKGBUILD man page only recommends the format "foo: for whatever reason". Would the pkgname alone also be acceptable?
That might be useful if the optdep's reason is self-evident or a PKGBUILD is auto-generated by a script.

I rebased it off the "check for invalid backup entries" patch and adjusted the man page:
