The fix for the package is wrong since you used the wrong file. The generator rules of udev are meant to be run just once. When the generator generates the persistent rules files, you must rename the generator again (for disabling it) because it will rewrite the persistent files again at next reboot. If you have some customization in those persistent rules files, it will be lost.

Fix:
Just change in /lib/udev/cdsymlinks.sh:
- From:
if [ -d /dev/cd -a ! -e /etc/udev/rules.d/75-cd-aliases-generator.rules ]; then
- To:
if [ -d /dev/cd -a ! -e /etc/udev/rules.d/75-persistent-cd.rules ]; then
