Description:
foomatic-rip (from foomatic-filters) segfaults in any version since the upgrade to 4x.

I have a Brother HL-1430 with recommended ppd which worked fine with all foomatic-* packaged up to version 3x. Since bump to version 4x I am not able to print because of secfaulting foomatic-rip.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
Since foomatic-* 4.x

* config and/or log files etc.
repeated log-entries according to dmesg such as:
foomatic-rip[3903]: segfault at ffffffff ip 080581fa sp bf99fed0 error 4 in foomatic-rip[8048000+16000]

Steps to reproduce:
Upgrade to current foomatic-*; restart cups; try to print.
Downgrading foomatic-* solves the problem.

If any additional information is needed, I will happily provide it.

I can confirm this behaviour. I have the same printer and get the same dmesg error line.

I can also confirm this behaviour with the same printer. My segfault is slightly different, but that might be because I'm on a 64 bit system.

foomatic-rip[2951]: segfault at ffffffffffffffff ip 000000000040feea sp 00007fffa6dd3910 error 4 in foomatic-rip[400000+18000]
