Description:
I think iproute2 should be a dependence of netcfg, or at least optional dependence

In fact "sudo netcfg mywifi" displays this message:

:: mywifi up [BUSY]
/usr/lib/network//connections//ethernet: line 13: ip: command not found
[DONE]

Additional info:
* testing/netcfg 2.1.3-1

Steps to reproduce:
pacman -R iproute2
try to connect to some wire/wireless network
disconnect
pacman -S iproute2
try to connect to some wire/wireless network
