Description: Could you add a symlink from hosts_access.5.gz to hosts.allow.5.gz and hosts.deny.5.gz in man directory for package core/tcp_wrappers? It`ll be easier to find manual for customizing /etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny.

Additional info:
* package version(s): tcp_wrappers 7.6-8

Steps to reproduce:
ln -s hosts_access.5.gz hosts.allow.5.gz
ln -s hosts_access.5.gz hosts.deny.5.gz

Seems like a good idea to me

May be it`ll be enough to add to pkgbuild something like this in build() section:

cd $startdir/pkg/usr/share/man/man5/
ln -s hosts_access.5.gz hosts.allow.5.gz
ln -s hosts_access.5.gz hosts.deny.5.gz

But I do not know why hosts_access.5.gz is placed in /usr/man/man5/ in my system but after I`ve built tcp_wrappers from abs, in package it`s placed in /usr/share/man/man5/. Check me plz because I`m newbie in arch. And sorry for my English.

Not all manpages have moved to /usr/share yet. They used to be stored in /usr/man not too long ago

I propose something else instead. Document the manpage on the official guide instead, in the part where it references editing the configuration files. How does that sound?

It`s good, but sounds more difficult. And do we need it? There are not so many information in manpage to split it imho. In other distribs there are only symlinks too. Keep it simple=)

I don't have a problem with the symlinks thing. I think it's a clean solution, if you ask me.

No, i meant it like this. /etc/hosts part of the guide now says:
"If you don't know what you're doing, leave this file alone until you read man hosts."
A similar message will be added for /etc/hosts.deny and /etc/hosts.allow
