Description: Unless acpi=off is set, 2.6.28 won't boot on a Toshiba Satellite 1135-S155. 2.6.27 boots fine.

Erm...woops. That second dmesg paste was from 2.6.27. Let me get 2.6.28 with acpi=off.

please post this to upstream bugtracker, acpi issues are not issues in packaging.
