Details

The mirror http://server.elsistech.com/archlinux is no more hosting archlinux repos for internal reasons now. Mirror owner will bring up back an archlinux mirror for Turkey again in the future, but this will have an other hostname/ip.

So we should remove this mirror from pacman mirrorlist, wiki, etc.
